Beautiful grounds and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
We encountered numerous issues with the water heater. It took almost 2.5 hours to switch to a room with hot water, which was incredibly frustrating. the initial downgrade to a room without a bathtub was unacceptable.

I stayed in a Deluxe with Terrace room, and honestly, it was lovely! The space was massive, super luxurious, and the decor had a nice touch.
